Q: I am a foreigner, am I allowed to purchase a share?

A: Sure! As long as you complete a Form W-8 for the United States Internal Revenue Service you may purchase shares of any of the companies we offer. This form will be mailed to you from the company you are purchasing and is to certify your foreign status. Please visit our Foreign FAQ for more information

A: Yes

A: Yes all shares are unfolded.

Q: What is your Econo Frame on the order form?

A: Our Econo Frame is for those who do not wish to order a traditional wood frame that includes a gold plaque. This is a Paper Frame that is for collectible use.

Q: Why does it take so long to receive my share?

A: Actually it doesn't usually! In case of simple errors we must advertise the 3-6 week time of delivery average. We work with so many transfer agents, some are as fast as 2 weeks, and others as slow as 6 weeks. We believe our method of transferring shares is the fastest you will find Anywhere and we stand by that. Generally you will receive your framed share within 5 weeks at most! Hint! Disney is usually 4 weeks, although Disney can be rush ordered for super fast delivery. Remember our SPECIMEN FRAME OPTION due to time constraints is available! Q: What happens if the stock splits?

A: Upon a stock split , the company will issue another share equal to the amount you currently hold (in your possession) and mail them to you.

Q: When will I know expected delivery of my order?

A: The day your order is shipped a confirmation e-mail is sent to you, with your UPS tracking number, thus allowing you to track your package on the internet. Please use your email address most frequently used. You may also track the progress of your order by visiting the Track My Order page and inserting your order number.

Q: Can I buy more than just one share of stock?

A: We sell single shares only for unique gift purposes, we intend on these shares to be displayed and as truly unique gifts. If you wish to purchase stock for investment reasons in quantity, we suggest you open an account with a broker.

Q: I have 3 children that I wish to purchase one share of stock for, may I have it issued in all 3 names? Or may, Both myself and my spouse own a share together

A: Sure, All names will appear on the certificate, but with a JT TEN after the names, which stands for Joint Tenancy, Only one S.S # is required and one address. Ownership will belong to all 3 children, however the children must be over 18. On the order form simply type in Fred and Mary as the first name followed by the last name, as an example. It is also acceptable to register a share in two different last names, provided the individuals are over 18.

Q: Can I pay with a check?

A: Sure!. Place an order as usual and upon reaching the confirmation page where credit card information is required, simple print that page and mail your check to our P O Box. address located on our contact us page.

Q: What information do we need to place an order?

A: Information needed for the person you are registering a share of stock to is: The individuals current address, and the custodian to be named, if the stock is to be issued to a minor. Only one custodian can be named! We do not need the Social Security number of any individual.

Q: Can I have a package delivered without a signature requirement?

A: Although we cannot override the shipping company's signature requirement, you can leave a signed note on your door authorizing the driver to leave the package. If you chose to do this, be sure to also print your name clearly on the note

Q: I never received an e-mail confirming my order request. Should I be concerned?

Q: How is your pricing determined?

A: Our pricing includes all necessary transaction fees to obtain the physical delivery of your one share of stock in the name of your choice, these fees include, the broker fee, the transfer fee, the actual value of the share, and of course our charge for processing all necessary paperwork involved for this process

Q: I am ordering multiple shares, will I have to pay full shipping charge on each share ordered?

A: Full shipping charge will be applied to multiple share orders that are shipped to different addresses. Please see above Flat Rate Shipping Policy.

Q: I wish to purchase multiple orders? How do I do this on the website?

A: Simply submit each order on our secure order form using our shopping cart. For instance you wish to purchase one share of Home Depot, first click on the buy now button, then return to the buy stock page and proceed with the purchase of the second share. If planning to purchase 7 shares of the same companies stock ie: Playboy, registered to seperate individuals place 7 Playboy shares in your cart, ,then you will be instructed for registration details for the indiividuals after proceeding to checkout.

Q: Is this an actual share from a company?

A: Yes these are actual shares of stock with full shareholder rights

Q: I would like to order just a plaque and or Frame,Is this possible?

A: Yes! Plaques may be ordered for $5.50 each, postage included. Orders may be placed online at our Plaque order page. Or our Frame order page.

Q: I received my share and on the face of the certificate it states Par Value $.01 is this the value of the share?

A: No, Par Value is a dollar amount that is assigned to a security when representing the value contributed for each share in cash or goods. A stocks Par is usually a small dollar amount that bears no relationship to the security's market price.

Q: Do you offer old stock certificates from companies no longer in business?
