Frame A Stock™ does not charge your credit card until 2 days prior to registration of the security, Unlike other competitors that charge your card the day of the purchase, therefore you may cancel your order at anytime up to this point. Exclusions for cancellation are RUSH ORDERS. After the issuance of the share, the following applies.

Stock may only be returned in the event of an error made by FRAME-A-STOCK™ in the spelling of the registra on the certificate, which cannot be corrected in a timely manner by FRAME-A-STOCK™, INC. This does not include address corrections! Full Purchase price will be refunded if not done in timely manner. Unlike other companies, if the error is made by the purchaser in the spelling or address of the gift recipient we DO NOT charge a fee. Just good business practice to make sure you, as our most important customer, return to us for future unique gifts.

Other return conditions are, improper framing, and damaged frames, upon delivery. Return shipping if necessary will be paid by FRAME-A-STOCK™
